End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: August 20, 2025

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is part of the Terms of Service and represents a binding legal agreement between you and Bullit ("we," "us," "our") for the use of the Bullit application ("Application").

By installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with the Bullit Terms of Service, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the Application for your personal, non-commercial use on a single mobile device or computer that you own or control.

2. License Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application.
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Application.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of Bullit or its affiliates, partners, suppliers, or the licensors of the Application.

3. Intellectual Property

The Application, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights are, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive property of Bullit.

4. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from us if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA or the Terms of Service. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the Application and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Application.
